In November 2018, in a housing community in Berlin, Helisenne organised an evening in two parts, in her neighbours' flats and then in the common performance space. The audience wandered from one space to another.

The theme: the search for flats in Berlin in a gentrifying capital. This prosaic theme collided with a strong aesthetic constraint, of the glamorous cabaret variety. Each performance had to include a moment of live music, accompanied if possible by dancing and singing.

The creation explored the inequality and discrimination experienced by many new inhabitants in the German capital, and the structure of the performance reflected this injustice. Not all spectators entered the Cabaret after the first part of the performances in the flats. Some were kept in the Cafeteria space, and had to stay with the "roommate losers", who had never found a roommate despite a diligent search. The latter would soon organise a demonstration and interrupt the Cabaret in the theatre. They were integrated into the theatre and finally became one show.
